Returns & Exchanges
At RAGTAG GLOBAL, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury fashion purchases; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to send back to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original RAGTAG GLOBAL packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
